AVONDALE, La. – The Loyola Wolf Pack women's golf team teed off on their 2026-27 season on Tuesday, playing 36 holes of the Tulane Classic at TPC Louisiana. Competing against 11 other NCAA Division I teams, Loyola will start the third and final round on Wednesday in 12th place (+96).
The Pack is playing as a team of four, meaning all four scores count toward the team total. When playing with a full five-golfer team, the four best scores make up the team score. Round 3 will begin with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. on Wednesday.
Freshman Anni Eberhardt had the low round of the day for the Wolf Pack, carding a first-round 79 (+7) to begin the tournament. After a bogey on her first hole of the day, a birdie on the par-3 14th brought her back to even par quickly. She'd finish five-over after nine holes, then shot a two-over score on her second nine to get to her first-round total. An 84 in the afternoon dropped her to 59th place with a two-round total of 163 (+19).
Evie Sisk was next for Loyola in 62nd place (+20) after rounds of 83 and 81. Sarah Meral had two 84s on the day to sit 65th (+24), and Shauna Seifried is in 70th (+34).
