General Information:

When available, HAVOC makes public appearances for community and/or private parties upon request for the New Orleans and the surrounding areas. 

Please note that HAVOC may not be available during the dates of June 1 through August 1 of each year.

*OUTSIDE APPEARANCES ARE DETERMINED AROUND THE LOYOLA UNIVERSITY NEW ORLEANS AND ATHLETICS SCHEDULE AND ARE SUBJECT TO BE CHANGED AND/OR CANCELED IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT WITH A LOYOLA UNIVERSITY AND/OR ATHLETIC EVENT.

Fees:

Providing availability, HAVOC makes appearances inside the New Orleans area for the following rates:

• PRIVATE PARTIES = $50/event with a one-hour time maximum per event
• COMMUNITY EVENTS = $50/hour
• Loyola University New Orleans (Free)
• MILEAGE FEE = 50 cents per mile roundtrip

                 

Hotel Accommodations:

Hotel accommodations will be requested in addition for any appearances outside a 90-mile radius of Loyola University New Orleans campus (zip code 70118) with the below start times:

Appearances with a start time of or before 8:00 AM (hotel will be requested for the evening prior to appearance)

Appearances with a start time of or after 8:00 PM (hotel will be requested for the evening of the appearance)

How to Request an Appearance from HAVOC:

1. Please submit a request on this site a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your requested appearance.
2. You will receive an immediate automated response email to confirm receipt of your request.  This is not the confirmation for the appearance.
3. You will be contacted via email availability.  This email will come within 1 week of your submission.
