Purpose:
The Loyola Athletics department and the Office of University Advancement are working together to ensure our student-athletes will receive the resources necessary to be successful in the classroom, out in the community, and on the courts and fields of competition. We rely on the support and gifts of our alumni, parents and fans.
Today more than 300 student-athletes compete in intercollegiate athletics. Gifts restricted to Wolf Pack Athletics have a direct and immediate impact on the student-athlete experience. Your gifts fund scholarships for student-athletes, travel budgets, capital projects and other program enhancements that secure a bright future for Wolf Pack Athletics. Student-athletes continue to demonstrate appreciation through community service and support of Loyola after graduation.

Wolf Pack Athletics Development Fund
This fund supports the well-being of more than 275 Loyola student-athletes. These gifts provide the athletic department's administration the opportunity to invest in the areas of greatest need among all of its priorities. Academic support, travel expenses, sports medicine and strength & conditioning are examples of the ways in which these dollars are invested in our student-athletes.
Support Your Team
Alumni, parents, and friends may elect to designate their gift to a specific varsity sport(s). These funds are used wholly for the benefit of that program and provide greater opportunities for team building, travel, equipment, recruiting efforts, and more.
Matching Gifts
You can increase your gift through your employer’s matching gift program. Many companies offer matching gift programs that increase the impact of their employees’ charitable donations. Endowment Support
An endowment fund is a permanent, self-sustaining source of funding. Each year, a portion of the value of this fund is paid to support the fund's overall purpose. In this way, an endowment fund can grow and provide support for its designated purpose in perpetuity. Examples of endowment opportunities at Loyola include:
- Endowed Athletics Travel Fund will help support the biggest expense for an athletics program. This will allow our students and coaches to travel more conveniently and enhance their ability to study and properly rest on road trips with properly equipped transportation.
- Endowed Scholarships and fellowships enable Loyola to attract the most talented players to our sports teams and fulfill our financial commitment to all of our student-athletes.
When you establish an endowment fund, you create a permanent legacy of support for Loyola!
