KENNER – The Loyola Wolf Pack beach volleyball program got their first official season underway on Saturday with two duals against Mobile. Loyola and Mobile split the two matchups, each winning 4-1. 
 

Mobile won the first dual of the day 4-1 with Brittany Cooper and Samantha Ingram claiming the first flight win of the season, 21-12 and 21-13. It was a different result in the second dual, as not only did Cooper and Ingram win again, but three more Wolf Pack flights turned in Loyola's favor to help claim the victory. Cooper and Ingram won their second flight (18-21, 21-15-15-8), and the flights of Madeline Corrall-Kala Emanuelli (21-11, 18-21, 15-12), Juliet Petruzelli-Preslie Boswell (21-12, 18-21, 15-11) and Kiarelis Martinez-Emily Sheperis (18-21, 21-18, 15-12) were also winners for the Wolf Pack. 
 

The Wolf Pack will play four more duals next weekend when they travel to Montgomery, Alabama.
