KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its Winter Sports Daktronics Scholar-Athletes this week, honoring 25 Loyola Wolf Pack student-athletes in the process. That brings Loyola's total number for the 2024-25 school year to 43 after 18 received the distinction earlier in the school year.

To qualify as a Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for their sport, and have attended their institution for at least one full year.

The Wolf Pack women's swimming team led this batch of honorees with eight of the 25, plus five from the men's side to make it 13 from the two programs. The basketball teams combined for seven, with the men having four and two for the women, and finally five combined for the Loyola competitive cheer and dance teams.
