The Wolf Pack will look to close out the SSAC Round-Up on a high note as they face No. 18 Mobile on Saturday.
MOBILE, Ala. – After defeating Blue Mountain on Thursday, the Loyola University New Orleans women's tennis team took on two Top-15 opponents at the SSAC Round-Up Friday at the Mobile Tennis Center.
The Wolf Pack faced No. 4 William Carey and No. 13 Middle Georgia, falling 4-0 in both contests.
Loyola was able to secure a double victory in each of the matches. Manuela Alban and Selma Fereres won 6-4 at No. 3 doubles in the William Carey match. In the Middle Georgia match, Lucy Carpenter and Fatima Vasquez won 6-3 at No. 1 doubles, improving to 4-2 as a doubles tandem this season.
The Wolf Pack will look to go .500 at the SSAC Round-Up as they close out the event against No. 18 Mobile Saturday.
