Loyola plays exhibition at LSU Tuesday

BATON ROUGE, La. – The Loyola Wolf Pack men's basketball team was back in action on Tuesday, traveling to LSU for the first of three exhibitions against NCAA Division I teams this season. The Tigers won the contest, 110-48, in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center. 
 

Braelee Albert led Loyola with eight points, and Milan Mejia, a Baton Rouge native, also had seven points, four steals and three rebounds. Alex Hammond added seven points and four rebounds, too, as all 19 players saw action. 
 

The Wolf Pack returns to their regular season schedule on Saturday when they travel to LSU Alexandria for a 1 p.m. matchup. The other two exhibitions on the schedule are against Southern Miss on Tuesday, Nov. 12 and against Southeastern (La.) on Friday, Dec. 20, with both games on the road.

Loyola is 1-0 on the season after beating SUNO last week in the season-opener.
