SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The Loyola Wolf Pack men's and women's swim teams wrapped up the three-day Tiger Invitational on Sunday, as three men's swimmers and one on the women's team broke school records to highlight the day. The four broken on Sunday marked six total for the weekend, too, as the Wolf Pack programs are done competing for the fall semester.

Tate Bladon and Harvey Quiddington each claimed their second school record of the weekend after accomplishing that feat on Friday in the 50-yard Freestyle and the 400-yard IM, respectively. Bladon claimed first place in the 100-yard Freestyle on Sunday with a 45.28-second school-record performance, while Quddington swam a 2:06.41 in the 200-yard Breaststroke for a fourth-place finish and a program-best time. Bladon's time was a half of a second faster than the previous school-record time set by Jack Jackson in 2020, and Quddington's was nearly a full second faster than the three-year-old record in the 200 breast.

Cameron Hinton added a third school record in the 1,650-yard Freestyle, beating his own record by four seconds with a time of 16:45.65 to place fourth in the race.

Jenna Copes snagged her fifth school record of her Loyola career, as the sophomore claimed the 100-yard Freestyle record after her swim in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay. As the first leg of the relay team, Copes swam a 53.37 to edge the program-best mark by .04 seconds. She also placed third in the actual 100-yard Freestyle event with a time of 53.57, while Mya Baker had the best finish of the day with a second-place performance in the 1,650-yard Freestyle (18:05.08).

The Loyola swim teams will resume competition in the New Year, traveling to Hendrix College on Saturday, Jan. 14.
