The (RV) men's team fell 7-2 on Saturday while the women's squad dropped the 9-0 decision on the road.
The Loyola University New Orleans tennis team headed to the Gerald L. Wallace Sr. Tennis Complex on Saturday morning for a marquee matchup against the University of Mobile.
For the men, the (RV) Wolf Pack would face a Rams team ranked No. 11 in the country, while the Loyola women's squad was pitted against the No. 7 Mobile women's team.
Both Wolf Pack squads fell to the Rams on Saturday, with the men falling 7-2 and the women's team dropping the 9-0 decision on the road.
For the men, Galileo Cabrales went 2-0 on Saturday including a thrilling victory at second singles and an 8-6 win at third doubles with teammate Alexander DePascual (SO/Metairie, La.).
Loyola (6-8, 4-4 SSAC) returns home on Sunday, April 9, to take on NCAA Division II Spring Hill College at 1:00 p.m.
