Biography

2025-26 (Graduate student):

Closed out a stellar collegiate career by leading the Wolf Pack in overall victories in the 2026 spring season and earning the fourth All-Conference honor (First-Team All-SSAC) … Also continued to receive academic awards, being voted to the SSAC Scholar-Athlete Team for the third time, as well as earning SSAC All-Academic, CSC Academic All-District, and NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors … She posted a 12-3 singles record in the spring after going 0-1 in the fall, playing the majority of her matches at the No. 3 position, where she went 10-3 … Reached a singles ranking as high as No. 41 in ITA NAIA singles … In doubles, she and Avery Frierson had a successful fall season, reaching the ITA Cup quarterfinals after being finalists at the ITA Gulf Regional to earn a national ranking of No. 7 … She and Frierson then went 5-3 in the spring, completing the year with a 10-6 overall record and ranking No. 18 in the final ITA rankings of the season … Adding a 5-3 record alongside Micaela Ponce in the spring, Fereres went 10-6 in doubles in spring dual matches and 15-9 overall …  Finished her career as the second-winningest player in Loyola tennis history, behind only Lucy Carpenter … She put together a 52-15 record in spring dual matches and 57-20 overall, which includes fall matches; both records rank second in total wins and first in winning percentage in school history … In her doubles career, she went 55-24 overall, including 46-17 in dual matches; both rank third in doubles wins in program history … She's one of just two players in Loyola history to produce at least 10 singles victories in four straight seasons. 

2024-25 (Junior):

Set a new program record for dual match singles wins in a season while earning First-Team All-SSAC honors for the first time … Also was SSAC All-Academic and a Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete for the second time, and she was voted on the SSAC Scholar-Athlete Team … Named the SSAC Championship Tournament MVP, NAIA and SSAC Player of the Week for her role in helping the Wolf Pack capture the 2025 SSAC Women's Tennis Championship, where she went undefeated in singles … Went 17-3 in singles and 18-3 in doubles while playing most of her matches alongside Micaela Ponce … She and Ponce went 15-2 overall, including 4-0 in conference play. 

2023-24 (Sophomore):

Earned SSAC All-Conference honors for the second year in a row, being selected to the Second Team … Also was named to the SSAC All-Academic Team, SSAC Scholar-Athlete Team, and was a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete … Posted one of the best records on the Wolf Pack, 12-6 in singles (9-6 at No. 5 singles, 3-0 at No. 4 singles) and 12-4 in doubles alongside Chloe Henderson … Went 3-1 against NCAA DI teams, including two wins against Nicholls and one against Southeastern La. … Also won matches against ranked NAIA teams: No.. 10 William Woods, No. 19 Dillard, No. 8 William Carey, No. 15 Westcliff. 

2022-23 (Freshman):

Earned SSAC All-Conference honors in her freshman season after having one of the best overall records on the team, 11-3 in singles, including 5-0 at the No. 4 spot … Went 6-4 in doubles, 5-4 with Elly Carpenter and 1-0 with her sister Selma Fereres … Notable singles wins over Nicholls, No. 10 William Carey, No. 20 Mobile, and No. 18 Holy Cross at the NAIA National Championship … She and Carpenter also had doubles victories over No. 12 Mobile, No. 18 Holy Cross, and No. 11 St. Thomas. 

Pre-Loyola:

Attended Catalina Foothills High School … She was a member of the Student Council … Won Tennis State Championships … She also did volunteer work.
