Presley Wascom

Presley Wascom joined the Wolf Pack coaching staff prior to the 2024-25 season, becoming Kellie Kennedy's first former player to become a Loyola assistant coach.

In her first year as assistant coach, Wascom helped the Wolf Pack reach its 12th consecutive NAIA National Championship tournament. The Pack finished with an 18-12 overall record and had a second-place finish in the Southern States Athletic Conference.

Wascom played for Loyola's women's basketball team from 2017 to 2021, averaging over nine points per game in her collegiate career. She earned First-Team All-SSAC honors in her senior year, was named SSAC All-Academic every year she was eligible, and finished her career ranked seventh in three-pointers at Loyola with 171 makes on a 39.4% percentage. She also set a new program record for career free-throw percentage at 78.7%.

Before joining Loyola's staff, Wascom also coached for the Livingston Ladies AAU program and at Live Oak High School, where she scored over 2,000 points and was named All-State.Â
