Dianna Wilson-Jones joined the Wolf Pack coaching staff prior to the 2023-24 season as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator.
In her first season in New Orleans, she helped Loyola win a conference title after going 26-5 during the season. The Pack reached the Round of 16 in the NAIA National Championship after winning games in the first two rounds held at The Den.
Prior to joining the Wolf Pack coaching staff, Wilson-Jones spent three years (2020-23) as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was also on the Mustangs staff as a graduate assistant in the 2016-17 season, then coached a year at Temple College in Texas before returning to Midwestern State.
A star point guard at Midwestern State from 2011-2015, Wilson-Jones finished in the top 15 in MSU program history in several statistical categories. At the end of her collegiate career, she ranked 14th in total points (1,106), third in assists (372), seventh in free throw makes (349), 13th in three-point makes (95), and 14th in steals (149).
Professionally, she played in Egypt, Mexico, and El Salvador before starting her coaching career.
