Biography

2025-26 (Senior):

Earned First-Team All-SSAC honors, the first Wolf Pack player to do so since the SSAC's All-Conference awards split into two teams … He was named the SSAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year and also picked up CSC Academic All-District, SSAC All-Academic, and NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors … In singles, he went 2-2 in the fall and 6-6 in the spring, playing most matches at the No. 1 position … In doubles, He went 4-1 in the fall, including 3-0 with Samuel Marin as the French duo won the Dillard Invitational … In the spring, he and Alfredo Gallegos went 9-5 together while playing every match on the top court; they reached an ITA doubles ranking as high as No. 21 during the season, finishing the year at No. 26 … Izrael put together an overall singles record of 19-21 across two seasons and 27-17 in doubles, which is tied for the third-most career doubles wins in program history. 

2024-25 (Junior):

Played most of the year at the No. 2 spot in singles, where he posted a 5-3 record … Also went 2-5 at No. 3 singles to finish 7-8 overall and 3-2 in conference play, collecting the third-most singles wins on the team … In doubles, he started the season paired with Sam Motazed, with the pair winning three matches at the ITA Regional in the fall before going 7-6 at No. 2 doubles in the spring … Closed the year at No. 2 doubles with four matches paired with Jett Nguyen, winning two matches against Mobile and losing two against Nicholls and William Carey … Named to the SSAC All-Academic Team.

Prepped at Lycée-Collège De Grand Air … Transferred to Loyola from Mississippi College … Over a 3.85 GPA overall in college… Undefeated doubles in college.
