2023 (Senior):
Started 22 games and made 45 appearances, playing mostly at first base in the field and as a pinch runner off the bench… SSAC All-Academic Team… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team… Recorded 17 hits this season with four doubles and two home runs… Also had 17 RBI, 21 runs scored and nine stolen bases… Notched a season-high three-hit game on Feb. 7 against Dillard, had a season-high three runs on Feb. 21 against Spring Hill, and a season-high three RBI on April 28 against William Carey… Started the season by collecting hits in six of the first seven games of the season, including that three-hit game against Dillard… Had a .994 fielding percentage with 149 put-outs and seven assists on 157 chances at first base… Only recorded one error this season.
2022 (Junior):
Played in 20 games before his season was cut short due to injury, reaching base in 18 of those 20 games … Named to the SSAC All-Academic Team for the second-straight season … Totaled 16 hits in 57 at-bats for a .281 batting average, with four doubles, a home run, 13 walks, four stolen bases, and 12 RBI.Â
2021Â (Sophomore):
Started nine games while appearing in 22 games this season… SSAC All-Academic… Had a .227 batting average in 44 at-bats… Walked seven times and was hit by four pitches to help total a .382 on-base percentage… Had a season-high three hits on Jan. 30 against Houston-Victoria… Notched a season-high three runs against No. 5 Faulkner on April 3.
2020 (Freshman):Â Season shortened by COVID-19
Appeared in 18 games with 14 starts… Recorded 12 hits and scored seven runs with a .267 batting average as a freshman… Notched his first career home run against LSU Alexandria on Feb. 7… Had a season-best four-hit performance against Rust College on Feb. 22… Totaled a season-high four RBI in the same Feb. 7 contest against LSU Alexandria.
Pre-Loyola:
Played under David Munoz and Rodney Garza at Lamar High School in Houston … Was named a First-Team All-District Outfielder in 2019 … Batted .300 his senior year and led the team in doubles with 14.Â
