Biography

Pre-Loyola:

Played centerfield for Head Coaches Ryan Lousteau and Craig Biggio at St. Thomas High School in Houston, Texas… Batted .317 with three home runs, 27 RBI and 12 stolen bases during his senior season… Named All-State Honorable Mention and 1st team All-district during his junior and senior years… Won a state championship during the 2014 season… All-District defensive back in football.

Loyola:

2016:

Started 50 of the 52 games he appeared in his sophomore campaign...Hit .240 with a .352 on-base percentage...Finished first on the team in sacrifice hits (5), third in runs scored (35), third in stolen bases (10), third in walks (24), fifth in doubles (6), and fifth in at-bats (167)...Drove in 16 runs with a .275 slugging percentage...Recorded a .984 fielding percentage with 117 putouts and three assists...His fielding percentage ranked 14th in the SSAC, while he was 19th in putouts per game (2.25)...Had 12 multi-hit games and reached base in 35 of 52 games...Had a career-high four hits against NCAA Division I Southern University on March 23...Set a new career mark of three RBI in a game against Rust College on February 2...Named to the 2016 SSAC All-Academic Team.
