Biography

2021 (Senior):

One of three Wolf Pack players to start in all 51 games… SSAC Newcomer of the Year… SSAC Gold Glove First Baseman… SSAC All-Conference Second Team… SSAC All-Academic… SSAC Player of the Week (Feb. 8)... Recorded a .991 fielding percentage, which ranked eighth in the SSAC… Second on the team with a .370 batting average, 64 hits and 13 doubles on 173 at-bats… Also had 39 RBI, five home runs and scored 30 runs this season with a .532 slugging percentage… Walked 30 times to help produce a .462 on-base percentage… Tallied three hits in five games this season, including on May 5 in an NAIA Opening Round contest with Ottawa… Recorded a hit in 41 games this season, including 18 multi-hit games… Scored a season-high three runs twice this season, once on Feb. 7 against Texas A&M-Texarkana and again against No. 5 Faulkner on April 2… Tallied a season-high three RBI five times this season, recording an RBI in 23 contests this season.

Pre-Loyola:

Played three years at NCAA DI Dartmouth College before transferring to Loyola … Appeared in 111 of 127 career games, starting 96 primarily at first base … In 2019 as a junior at Dartmouth, he was one of the toughest hitters to strike out among Division I players, ranking 15th with 13.4 at-bats per strikeout … As a sophomore, led the team with five home runs and tied for second on the roster with 27 RBI … His freshman year at Dartmouth, he was a 2017 All-Ivy League Honorable Mention after hitting .325, boasting the highest on-base percentage (.446) on the team, logging 27 hits, nine runs, 14 walks, and 16 RBI. 

Attended Myrtle Beach High School, where he was a three-year letterman for coach Tim Christy … Named to the All-State 3A Team and was selected as the Region VII-AAA Player of the Year after batting .460 in his senior year in high school.
