Started 27 games and made 36 total appearances primarily as the team’s designated hitter… Recorded a .208 batting average with 20 hits, 18 runs, six doubles, a home run and 14 RBI… Also had 14 walks to contribute a .316 on-base percentage… Notched a season-high three RBI on April 7 against Middle Georgia State, two runs on April 16 against Blue Mountain Christian and two doubles on Feb. 7 against Dillard… Had a season-best seven-game hitting streak from Jan. 28 to Feb. 10, where he went 8-for-24 (.333) with seven runs and five RBI… Had three games with at least two RBI this season.
2022 (Senior):
Played in 52 games, with five pitching appearances and the rest in the designated hitter slot … Earned First-Team All-Conference honors as the best DH in the SSAC … Named to the All-Tourmanent Team for the SSAC Championship after going 10-for-20 at the plate with nine RBI, nine runs scored, and five extra-base hits at the tournament … After one of the greatest hitting seasons in program history, he's tied for fourth in the Loyola record book for single-season batting average at .398 … Totaled 66 hits in 166 at-bats with 17 doubles, 11 home runs, and 44 RBI … His 11 homers are tied for the third-most in a season in Wolf Pack history, while his 17 doubles are tied for the eighth-most … From March 5 to May 17, he went on a 36-game on-base streak, the longest for any player on the team during the season … He also had the longest hitting streak on the team, recording a hit in 22-straight games from April 8 to May 17 … As a pitcher, his 14.14 strikeouts per nine innings led the team, as he recorded 11 strikeouts in just 7.0 innings pitched … His best pitching performance of the year came against Jarvis Christian College on Feb. 12, when he struck out six batters in three inningss of work, giving up just one hit and earning the win … Named SSAC Player of the Week on April 25 after a week in which he totaled 11 hits, 12 runs, six RBI, four home runs, and three doubles over a five-game stretch.
