Peyton Lacoste, who attends Loyola Law School, joined the Wolf Pack coaching staff for the 2023 season after playing one season with the program in 2021. In the 2023 season, the team recorded its third-straight 30-win season, finishing with a 31-22 overall record.

In his one season playing with the Pack, he appeared in 49 games, mostly as the team’s designated hitter. He posted a .325 batting average, 55 hits, 30 RBI, 12 doubles, and three home runs, helping the team win its first SSAC regular season championship.
