TICKET INFORMATION
In accordance with NAIA regulations, there are no pass lists for the NAIA National Championship First & Second Rounds. The chief executive officers of the participating institutions are provided two complimentary tickets to each game. No other complimentary tickets should be issued to either participating institution. NAIA members shall receive one complimentary ticket upon presentation of the NAIA card and appropriate identification. All cards are non-transferable.

How do I access my tickets?
Tickets and passes will be emailed out and can be accessed through your smartphone or printed as a PDF to show upon entry to the facility.
Can I have multiple tickets on the same device?
Yes. Multiple tickets can be accessed on the same device. Each ticket must be scanned separately upon entrance into the facility.
Can I print my ticket from home via PDF?
Yes, a printed PDF ticket can be accepted and scanned at the front door upon arrival. If multiple tickets were purchased please make sure each separate ticket is printed.

BROADCASTING
All games of the New Orleans Bracket will be broadcast live via our broadcast partner, Varsity Sports Now. Each broadcast will include audio commentary with the video stream. The broadcast of any tournament game via radio, television or online is governed by NAIA broadcasting policies as printed in the NAIA Handbook.

Live stats will be provided throughout the tournament via Prestostats.
PARKING
All spectator parking will be located in the Freret Street parking garage on Loyola’s campus. Parking in the garage will be FREE with all parking enforcement on the Loyola campus suspended for the event.
RESTROOMS/CONCESSIONS
There are restroom facilities on the 5th and 6th floors University Sports Complex facility upon entry. The concession stand will be set up near the main basketball court and accepts cash, credit card, and Apple pay as valid payment options.
ADA Seating
ADA Courtside Seating is available in the facility on each end of the court. There are two elevators to enter the facility located on floors 1 - 4 of the Freret St. parking garage with security/staff to assist if needed when arriving to the 5th floor (entrance to University Sports Complex). If you need assistance with purchasing ADA specific seats, please contact Damali Thomas at dtthomas@loyno.edu.
TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL PRODUCTS
All tobacco and alcohol products are prohibited, including cigarettes, snuff, electronic smoking devices, and chewing tobacco. The NAIA ejection/suspension policy will also be applied for athletes/coaches/personnel who are ejected for violating the tobacco rule. Enforcement of this rule will lie with the ‘game umpires’ and the Host Site Coordinator. Alcoholic beverages in any form shall not be allowed to be sold, dispersed, or brought into the public area of any event.
PETS
There are no pets allowed at the University Sports Complex- ONLY service dogs are allowed in the facility.
A service dog is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. According to the law we may ask if the dog is required because of a disability and what work or task the animal has been trained to perform.

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is located just over 14 miles, using Interstate 10 E, from Devlin Fieldhouse. It is advised that you monitor the latest traffic conditions upon arrival to New Orleans for the fastest route to the facility, as rush hour conditions are often very slow-moving through the city and surrounding areas.
