Biography

2024-25 (Graduate Student):

Earned a spot on the All-SSAC Second Team for the second consecutive year after leading the team in doubles victories … He also was named to the SSAC All-Academic Team for the third time and was Loyola's representative on the Champions of Character Team … Played every match at the No. 1 singles position, posting a 6-10 overall record, including 4-2 in SSAC matches … In doubles, he compiled a 11-7 overall record, all at the No. 1 position: 3-1 with Samuel Motazed and 8-6 with Akhil Indrabalan, and set the single-season program record for most doubles wins … Named SSAC Player of the Week for the third time in his career on March 17 after sweeping Blue Mountain. 

2023-24 (Senior):

Named to the SSAC All-Academic Team and Second-Team All-Conference … Played most of the season at No. 1 singles …Went 4-9 overall in singles, 4-3 in conference matches … Also went 4-4 in doubles matches, 3-1 with Hippolyte de Preville and 1-2 with Nick Stam. 

2022-23 (Junior):

Tied for the most singles wins on the team with 7 after posting a 7-9 record in singles competition, with most matches coming at the No. 3 position … In doubles, he had a 3-7 record in the spring, with most matches coming alongside Herman Aure … Had singles wins over No. 25 Mobile and NCAA DI Nicholls, plus a win in the SSAC Championship tournament … Reached the quarterfinals of the ITA Regional with Hippolyte de Preville in doubles, and the Round of 16 in singles … Named SSAC Player of the Week for the second time in his career on March 28. 

2021-22 (Sophomore):

Played in every dual match in the spring season, earning First-Team All-Conference for his play … On March 8, he became the first Loyola player in over two years to earn SSAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week … Tied for the team high in singles wins, finishing the season with a 5-6 overall singles record, and 2-0 at No. 3 singles … Had a couple of singles wins over ranked opponents, No. 13 Mobile and No. 17 Southeastern, as well as a doubles win against NCAA DI Jackson State … Played the majority of his doubles matches at the No. 1 spot, totaling four doubles wins … Named to the SSAC All-Academic Team.
