KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its annual NAIA National Awards Day winners on Tuesday, recognizing student-athletes, athletics personnel and sports teams from across the association. The Loyola University New Orleans Athletics Department had 13 of its 19 programs earn NAIA Scholar-Team honors after recording a team GPA of at least a 3.0 during the 2025-26 academic year.Â

The NAIA recognizes teams that achieve a minimum 3.0 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale.

Men's Tennis led the Wolf Pack with a 3.70 team GPA, followed by Beach Volleyball (3.65), Volleyball (3.56), Men's Swimming (3.53), Women's Tennis (3.51), Women's Cross Country (3.43), Women's Golf (3.41), Women's Indoor Track & Field (3.37), Women's Outdoor Track & Field (3.37), Baseball (3.35), Competitive Dance (3.29), Women's Swimming (3.22) and Women's Basketball (3.15). Collectively, the Wolf Pack Athletics Department posted a 3.21 GPA for the academic year.

Individually, a total of 78 NAIA Scholar-Athlete awards were given to Wolf Pack student-athletes for the 25-26 season, and they were recognized during the Wolfies Awards in April.Â

Loyola was also recently honored as a Champions of Character Five-Star Institution, earning Silver status for the 2025-26 academic year.Â
