(Brunswick, Ga.) Loyola University New Orleans volleyball fell to the College of Coastal Georgia Mariners (11-0, 3-0 SSAC) in three sets tonight 25-15, 25-11, 25-8.
Junior Eva Allen led the Pack on offense with six kills, while senior Lauren Brand and sophomore Wren Overesch added four apiece. Sophomore setter Daniela Leal aided the offense with 16 total assists. Senior Becca Burnett posted 10 digs on the night.
Freshman Maddie Bounds drove the Mariners' offense with 10 kills and a .563 hitting percentage. Sophomore setter Cayley Meiners chipped in 36 assists, and freshman Jennifer Johnson led the defense with 17 digs.
The Wolf Pack (2-7, 0-3 SSAC) will remain in Georgia to play Brewton-Parker College tomorrow, September 13 at 1 p.m. ET in Mt. Vernon.
