(Nashville, Tenn.) Loyola University volleyball fell to Fisk University this afternoon in three close sets 24-26, 23-25, 22-25.
Senior Lauren Brand led the Pack's offensive effort with nine kills, and junior Eva Allen contributed seven. Sophomore Daniela Leal recorded 21 assists and four service aces. Brand also shined on defense, leading the Pack with 17 digs, while fellow senior Becca Burnett added 16.
The Pack (2-3) will return to action this weekend for back-to-back conference matchups in The Den. The home opener is set for Friday, Sept. 5 at 6 p.m. against conference contender Bethel University, and the Pack will host its' annual Girl Scout Day the following morning at 11 a.m. as the squad takes on Martin Methodist University.
