After rejoining the Loyola University New Orleans Athletics Department in November 2023 as the University Sports Complex Coordinator, Bryiana Richardson was prompted to an Assistant Athletic Driector role in September 2024.

Her responsibilities as USC Coordinator included supervising the day-to-day operations of the USC, fitness and wellness programs, community memberships, and managing the facility's staff. In her new role, Richardson will take over all revenue-generating activities for the USC, as well as managing facility rentals and gameday operations at both on and off-campus facilities. She will also have an increased role in department budget management.

Richardson rejoined the Wolf Pack after serving as Loyola's men's and women's cross country assistant coach for two seasons (2019-2020), including leading the men's cross country team to its first Southern States Athletic Conference Championship victory as an interim head coach in 2019. Following the team's conference title, the New Orleans native was named the Coach of the Year by both the SSAC and the Louisiana Sports Writers Association. Since her last stint with the Wolf Pack, Richardson has been working as a personal trainer.

Before arriving at Loyola in 2019, Richardson competed in track for four years at LSU. During her time at LSU, Richardson was named an NCAA qualifier in the 400-meter hurdles. In her freshman and junior years, Richardson was a quarterfinalist in the 400-meter hurdles. In her senior season, she advanced to the national semifinal round in Eugene, Ore. with a personal record of 57.24.

Richardson spent time with the University of New Orleans from 2017 to 2018, following her graduation from LSU in August 2017. Before coming to Loyola in 2019, Richardson worked as an assistant at Concordia University Irvine in 2018 as well.
