Pre-Loyola:
A native of New Orleans, she graduated from Saint Martin’s Episcopal School, where she competed under coach Warren Lind... She was named Most Valuable Runner in cross country three times and earned Most Valuable honors twice in track and field... She also received the Most Improved award for indoor track... Her cross country team won two state championships and finished second in 2024, and she placed in the top ten twice at the state meet, with additional top 20 finishes in other seasons... She qualified for the state championships in track and field and received multiple academic honors for history and overall GPA.
Personal:
Majoring in history... Born May 1, 2007... Daughter of Rania Hijazi and Firas Hijazi.... Favorite athlete is Yuzuru Hanyu... Enjoys reading, listening to music, and watching Modern Family... Something that might surprise people is that she has five siblings, and there are two sets of twins in the family.
