Competed in five meets this season… SSAC All-Conference… NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete… Barnes & Noble College All-Academic Team… Earned the fourth-best time in program history in the 6-kilometer run at the SSAC Championships with a 24:23.99 time… Earned the seventh-best time in program history in the 6-kilometer run at the Watson Collegiate XC Classic with a 24:41.6 time… Earned All-Conference with a 14th-place finish in the 6-kilometer race at the SSAC Championships (25:23.99)... Ran career-best times in the 4-kilometer run (16:55.3), the 5-kilometer run (20:33.9), and the 6-kilometer run (24:24.0).

2023 (5th Year):
Competed in six meets this season… Ran a 17:45.0 time in the 4-kilometer race at the UNO Opener… Ran a 25:30.2 time in the 6-kilometer race at the SSAC Championships… Ran a 21:43.2 time in the 3-mile race at the Loyola Dual Meet.

2022 (Senior):
Competed in three meets this season… Ran a time of 23:16.9, placing 40th at the SSAC Championship… Ran a season-best time of 23:01 in the 5-kilometer race at the UAH Invitational.

2021-22 (Junior):
Raced in four meets this season… SSAC All-Freshman… Record a personal-best time (5K) of 20:38.1 at the Southern States Athletic Conference Championships to place 18th… Also earned a new personal-best for a six-kilometer meet, running a 27:33.2 at the Watson Collegiate Open in October. two cross country meets during the spring… Finished 12th with a 5K time of 22:24.3 at the Wolf Pack Invitational on Feb. 26… Recorded a 19th-place finish (23:49.9) at the Lyon College Spring Invitational on March 6.

2020-21 (Sophomore):
