Biography
2024-25 (Junior):
Competed in all nine meets this season as a junior… Placed 12th in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:04.14), 16th in the 100-yard breaststroke (56.83), and 23rd in the 200-yard IM (1:54.69) at the NAIA National Championship in March… Reset the school record in the 100-yard breaststroke with his swim of 56.08 in the preliminary race at the national championship… Placed fifth in the 200-yard breaststroke, ninth in the 100-yard breaststroke, and 12th in the 200-yard IM races at the Sun Conference Championship in February… Won the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:10.96 at St. Thomas… Won the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:02.49 at St. Thomas… Won the 100-yard breaststroke with a 58.91 time at St. Thomas… Won the 100-yard breaststroke with a 59.11 time vs. Life… Won the 100-yard breaststroke with a 59.76 time vs. William Carey… Won the 200-yard breaststroke with a 2:11.69 time vs. William Carey.
2023-24 (Sophomore):
Competed in five meets this season, including the NAIA National Championship in March… Broke the school record in the 100Y Breaststroke (56.20) at the NAIA National Championship, where he placed 16th nationally… Also placed 27th in the NAIA in the 200Y IM (1:56.02) at the national meet for a new personal best… Notched a personal best in the 50Y Breaststroke (26.64) at the Sun Conference Championship.
Pre-Loyola:
Prepped at Louis D. Brandeis High School and coached by Megan Perez… Previously attended Missouri University of Science and Technology… All-State Academics for two years in high school, National Honor Society for two years, MVP Senior Year, Honor Roll all four years of high school… All-American Water Polo and Junior Olympic Water Polo.
