2023-24 (Junior):

Competed in four meets this season… Swam season-bests in the 200Y Freestyle (1:52.04) and 500Y Freestyle (4:59.24) at Trinity’s Tiger Invitational… Also had a season-best time in the 1,000Y Freestyle (10:32.02) against Life University.

2022-23 (Sophomore):

Competed in six meets this season as a sophomore… Swam personal-best times in the 200- (1:47.51) and 1,650-yard Freestyle (16:45.65), as well as season-best times in the 500- (4:51.20) and 1,000-yard Freestyle (10:05.70) at the Tiger Invitational in November… Placed third in the 1,000-yard Freestyle (10:40.34) against Ouachita Baptist, then took second in the same event (10:21.27) against Birmingham Southern in October… Also placed second in the 1,000-yard Freestyle (10:56.99) and third in the 500-yard Freestyle (5:25.86) at the Hendrix tri-meet in January.

2021-22 (Freshman):

Started his Loyola career by competing in five meets as a freshman… Broke the school record in the 1,650 Yard Freestyle (16:49.01) at the Mid-South Conference Championships and the 1,000 Yard Freestyle (10:05.18) a the Trinity Invitational in November… Started his season with two second-place performances in the 500 Yard Freestyle (5:05.14) and the 1,000 Yard Freestyle (10:21.34) against Ouachita Baptist in October… Won those two races (5:11.56 & 10:36.69) against Millsaps a week later… Took third in the 1,650 Yard Freestyle (16:51.83) at the Trinity Invitational in November… Also had a personal-best time of 1:47.90 (200 Yard Freestyle) at the same meet… At the Mid-South meet, Hinton had a personal record of 4:50.44 in the 500 Yard Freestyle race.

Pre-Loyola:

Attended Barbe High School in Lake Charles, La. … Graduated Summa Cum Laude … Earned Academic All-State honors.
