Scored in four events outdoors at the Southern States Athletic Conference Championships... Loyola's No. 3 scorer at that meet — No. 1 among the freshmen — with eight points... SSAC outdoors: fifth place in the 4x100-meter relay (43.23 seconds), sixth in the 100-meter dash (10.85), sixth in the long jump (6.75 meters/22 feet, 1 3/4 inches) and eighth in the high jump (1.85 meters/6 feet, three-quarters of an inch)... SSAC indoors: eighth in the long jump (6.37 meters/20 feet, 10 3/4 inches), 11th in the 60 (7.11)...
