Ashley Rogers was named the assistant coach for both the men's and women's golf programs at Loyola in August 2019 after four years as a member of the Wolf Pack women's golf team from 2015-2019. 

During her first season, the women’s golf team won two of its six tournaments while both the men’s and women’s teams each had an individual medalist. In her second year with the programs, the women's team recorded its best finish ever at the NAIA National Championship, placing seventh out of 30 teams. The women's team claimed one team title during the season, too, as Madison Bates had two individual wins. On the men's side, Carter Nicholson was an individual title, and Nicholson, Bates, Alejandra Bedoya Tobar and Callee Breland were all named to an NAIA All-America team. 

Rogers had a successful playing career with the Pack, culminating in an SSAC All-Conference selection during her final year. The Pace, Fla. native made the All-Tournament Team with top-five finishes in six tournaments over her four seasons, including a five-stroke victory at the Tennessee Wesleyan Invitational in March of 2019, where she shot a career-best round at an even 72
