2025 (Freshman):
Competed in five meets… SSAC Second Team All-Conference… SSAC All-Freshman Team… Placed 14th with a season-best 8K time of 27:40.15 at the SSAC Championship in November… Took eighth at Loyola’s triangular meet in September with an 8K time of 27:31… Placed 11th against mostly NCAA competition at the Nicholls State Invitational with a four-mile time of 21:55.7.
Pre-Loyola:
A New Orleans native, he prepped at De La Salle High School under coach Amelia Prados... Placed 9th in the 2025 3A Cross Country State Championship... Holds school records of 4:36 in the 1600m, 2:01 in the 800m, and 16:35 in the 3 Mile.
Personal:
Majoring in Psychology... Born July 3, 2007... Son of Monique and Michael Brown... Favorite athlete is Neymar Jr... Hobbies include movies, eating, sleeping, and spending time with friends and family... Something that might surprise people is that he was taught French from Kindergarten through 5th grade.
