Pre-Loyola:
A native of Destrehan, Louisiana, she graduated from Destrehan High School, where she trained under coach Marcey Scott... Murray was active in leadership and athletics, serving as E-Board Treasurer for student council, a leader of FCA, and a Wildcat Ambassador... She was a lieutenant of the cheer team, captain of the swim team, and helped her squad place fifth in the nation at NCA... She also earned a spot on the principal’s list all four years of high school.
Personal:
Majoring in mass communication with a minor in journalism... Born January 18, 2007... Daughter of Paul and Cheney Murray... Favorite athlete is Riley Gaines Barker... Enjoys dancing, swimming, cheering, hunting, fishing, and competing in pageants... Something that might surprise people is that she has been hunting and fishing since she was a baby.
