First-year Wolf Pack competitive cheer and dance coach Courtney Cadore announced the addition of Indya Bradley to her coaching staff.
"I'm overjoyed to have Indya join our coaching staff,” Cadore said. “First and foremost, she is an extremely humble person with a tremendous work ethic. Her depth of knowledge and captivating demeanor, I'm sure, will contribute to our athletes' continued high-level development."
Under Cadore and Bradley, the Loyola Wolf Pack competitive cheer and dance teams are off to a successful start to their competition season. The cheer team competed at Xavier’s Battle in the Big Easy, taking part in four different competitions with a first- and second-place finish. They also went to Mobile and won the Ram Showdown. The dance team also took part in Xavier’s meet, grabbing a couple of second-place finishes, as well as winning a head-to-head with Keiser University.
Bradley’s role on the coaching staff is important. She ensures the teams are prepared for each event, whether it’s a home basketball game or a competition, and helps plan, organize and conduct each practice session.
"I am beyond excited to be a part of the coaching staff for Cheer and Dance,” Bradley said. “I am looking forward to helping our athletes grow professionally through their passions."
A native of Baton Rouge, Indya found her passion for dance at the age of four. Throughout middle and high school, Indya was a member of her cheerleading and dance teams. She was a member of Loyola's Golden Eyes Dance Team from 2012 to 2016. On the team, her captain advised her to audition for the chance to be a Saintsation for the New Orleans Saints, which started her career as a professional cheerleader.
Bradley is a 2016 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans.
