2023 (Senior):

Competed in two indoor meets and five outdoor meets this season… Earned the fourth-best time in the Indoor 600-Meter Run at the Bleu Devils Indoor Classic (1:48.30)... Earned the fourth-best time in the Indoor 1000-Meter Run at the Dillard Mardi Gras Classic (3:18.25)... Had indoor season-bests of 1:48.30 in the 600-Meter Run at the Bleu Devils Indoor Classic and 3:18.25 in the 1,000-Meter Run at the Dillard Mardi Gras Classic… Had outdoor season-bests of 2:22.06 in the 800-Meter Run and 5:07.24 in the 1,500-Meter Run at the South Alabama Invitational, 18:29.25 in the 5,000-Meter Run at the Belhaven Invitational, 42:25.16 in the 10,000-Meter Run at the SSAC Championships.

2022 (Junior):

Competed in one indoor and five outdoor meets this season… Recorded two outdoor personal records this season, the first happening in the 800 meters (2:19.30) at the South Alabama Invitational in March and the second in the 1,500 meters (4:39.13) at the Southern Miss Invitational in April.

2021 (Sophomore):

Competed at three outdoor meets and one indoor meet as a distance runner … His personal best in the 5,000-meter run of 16:11.25 came at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight meet … A week after setting his personal best, he ran a 16:29.63 at the Southern States Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships, which was good for fifth place … Earned a spot on both the SSAC All-Academic Team and the SSAC Scholar-Athlete Team. 

2020 (Freshman):

Participated in all three indoor meets this season… SSAC All-Academic… Ran a season-best 4:42.42 in the mile at the Samford Indoor Invite II in February… Was timed at 9:18.48 in the 3,000 meters at the McNeese Indoor II in January for a season-best.

Pre-Loyola:

Was a student-athlete at Ola High School under coach Torrance McGee … Was the two-time Cross Country team captain, a two-time regional champion in the 3,200-meter race … In track, was the state medalist in the 3,200-meter run, as well as a two-time USATF Junior Olympics National Qualifier in the 3,000-meter run.
